Make an online payment to Lifeline

You can make secure payments to Lifeline and Telecare by completing the form below.

Please have your customer number and payment card to hand.

Please note: it is very important that you are making your payment to the correct subsidiary. Any error could significantly delay the payment being credited against your account. if you are unsure about who you should be paying, please contact us on 01772 450600.

Although mistakes can be rectified later by New Progress Housing Association, it is your responsibility to ensure that the customer number is correct.
