Telecare range of sensors
There are many different types of telecare sensors and alarms. They have different functions and they may work together to provide support and protection. The starting point is a telephone line, usually a landline, and a power supply. Below are some examples of sensors that we can provide. | Pull cord To raise alerts in areas where personal triggers are unlikely to be worn e.g. next to the bed.

| | Carbon monoxide detector Warns of dangerous CO levels. |
| | Sounder beacon Lights up and produces a loud siren to alert people of alaram activation of one of the wireless sensors. |
| | Bogus Caller Button Fitted near the door or around the home to raise an alert when needed. |
| | Natural Gas Detector Detects dangerous levels of natural gas, raising an alarm. |
| | Flood Detector Provides an early warning of flood situations, such as taps being left on. |
| | Smoke Alarm Dangerous smoke raises an alarm for investigation. |
| | Fall Detector Automatically detects a serious fall and raises an alert. |
| | Temperature Extremes Sensor Monitors for low and high temperature extremes e.g. sustained periods of cold weather and the build up of heat in a kitchen |
| | PIR (Movement Detector) Detects movement and can audibly verify and record the presence of an intruder or detect for long periods of inactivity. |
