Apprenticeships
Our Property Services division is playing its part in reducing skills shortages within a number of construction trades.
We are investing in the future of these trades through our involvement in the Eric Wright Learning Foundation, which is designed to give Year 10 pupils an experience of both joinery and wet trades before they leave school.
We also provide apprenticeships to offer training and development opportunities to further plug the skills gap. In 2009, we employed 15 year one to year four apprentices, providing them with the opportunity to increase their skills and gain qualifications through classroom and work-based training.
