Progress Housing Group is an innovative group of housing companies that has been meeting the needs of over 10,000 customers and developing the communities in which they live for over 20 years. Looking at the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, we wish to recruit to a number of vacancies on our boards that will arise as current serving members conclude their terms of office.

We are looking to recruit team members who will help us deliver our vision whilst ensuring the Group’s values are at the heart of everything we do. Your experience must be matched by your freedom of mind, ability to think differently and question the norm.

As a forward thinking person you will have a desire to help us grow and develop new products and services to meet the needs of our customers and the communities we serve. Experience in the housing sector is not required however a background in financial services, construction, special needs/learning disability sector or general commercial experience would be beneficial.

There are a number of roles which we wish to recruit at present:

  • Non-Executive Director(s)
    - Registered Provider boards
    Remuneration £5,467 per annum

  • Non-Executive Director
    - Registered Provider boards 
    - Subsidiary board of Concert Living Limited
    Remuneration £8,000 per annum

Concert Living Limited is a private limited company that will undertake development for outright sale within the Group.

Please note that successful applicants may be required to serve on one the board sub-committees, being either the Audit Committee or Remuneration and Nominations Committee.
