Charity and environment

White goods from our Supported Housing properties are now given to charity rather than being thrown away. This is an improvement on recycling and benefits those who are in need of white goods.

Improved communication

Staff vacancies are no longer displayed on notice boards and attached to internal emails but are now saved in an area that all staff can access. This has resulted in improved communication, a decrease in the use of paper and a reduction in mailboxes being clogged up by email attachments.

More effective services

There is now a Lifeline Installer available at the weekend who can respond to emergency repairs thus creating a more effective service.
