Local lockdowns and restrictions - all services are operating normally within government guidelines

As the lockdown starts to lift we are now able carry out some (most) non-emergency repairs
We are currently in the process of contacting those tenants who had an outstanding repair to discuss whether it is now safe for us to visit your property and complete the repair.
This may take some time so please bear with us, and note that it may take longer than usual to complete the works whilst we follow strict safety guidelines to protect both you and our staff.
If you have a new repair, you can now report these as usual online, by webchat or by phoning 03333 204555. Please note that we will need to assess each job to see if we can complete it, due to the ongoing restrictions related to COVID-19.
Many things, such as bill payments and reporting issues, can be done on our website or by contacting us.
Our Here to Help Team  can also help if you are struggling financially, with accessing food, medicine, vital services or childcare, or have health issues.
Please keep visiting this page for updates.
