Restrictions are not directly affect any of the services although in some areas the way you use your home may be restricted, such as communal areas (please see our FAQ section here). In most cases, guidance stipulates that we can continue to access properties to undertake works.
If you have a new repair, you can now report these as usual online, by webchat or by phoning 03333 204555. Please note that we will need to assess each job to see if we can complete it, due to the ongoing restrictions related to COVID-19.
Many things, such as bill payments and reporting issues, can be done on our website or by contacting us.
Our Here to Help Team can also help if you are struggling financially, with accessing food, medicine, vital services or childcare, or have health issues.
