Local lockdowns and restrictions - all services are operating normally within government guidelines

As the lockdown is eased we are now able carry out most non-emergency repairs. We are also scheduling in any planned maintenance works that are due to be completed this year.

As you may be aware, some areas of the country are subject to further lock down restrictions.  In these areas, we will continue to adhere to government guidance.

In most cases where further local lockdowns restrictions have been announced the guidance stipulates that we can continue to access properties to undertake works.  However, if restrictions are  further tightened, we will review the guidance and let you know if it will impact on any aspect of our service delivery.

In some areas where local lockdowns are introduced, people who are shielding may be asked to continue to do so.  In these instances, please notify us if we contact you or of you contact us to report a repair.

Public Health England and Public Health Scotland are publishing regular updates on their websites about areas where extra measures are introduced.

If you want the most up to date public health guidance on coronavirus in your area, visit the website of your local authority.
