Andy, MBA, BA (hons) Accounting, ACMA, has worked in finance and accounting roles for over 30 years. He joined Progress in 2008. Andy has in-depth knowledge of the housing sector at a local, regional and national level and represents North West Housing Associations on the Housing SORP Working Party.

Andy is also a Director of LiLAC Holdings Limited – a joint venture company which built and manages supported living accommodation as part of a Private Finance Initiative (PFI).

In October 2017 Andy was appointed as a Director of Concert Living Limited, a for-profit housebuilding company which was incorporated into the Group’s structure in April 2017.

In his current role as Executive Director (Finance and Corporate Services) Andy’s portfolio of responsibilities covers Financial Services, Digital Services, Business Transformation and Business Assurance and our market property company, Concert Homes and keyworker accommodation, Progress Living. His role provides leadership direction, developing the corporate services functions to directly support the strategic objectives of the Group building a stronger organisation.

Andy continues to steer the organisation’s strong financial performance which has seen the Group’s financial strength steadily grow.
