We understand how important a healthy and strong community is to the wellbeing of our tenants which is why we offer as much support as possible to improve community cohesion.

Community and Residents’ Associations

We support a number of community and residents’ associations in our neighbourhoods. They represent the wishes of the local communities and we back them with grants and other practical help.

Associations can look at more than just housing issues and can invite other local organisations to attend meetings. They can also bring the local community together and raise funds that can be put back into improving the local neighbourhood.
