 Paying by Direct Debit is simple and convenient. You can now set one up online here. Once set up your payments are taken automatically from your account on your preferred day on the month. Click here to set up a Direct Debit. Alternatively please contact us.

Standing Order

A standing order is similar to a Direct Debit but you will have to tell your bank if your rent or payment amount changes. To set up a standing order please contact us.

Swipe card

When you become a tenant, you will be given a swipe card that enables you to pay your rent or charges in person by cash or cheque at any Post Office or Pay Point outlet. Make sure that you request a receipt and that you keep it as proof of payment.

NOTE - With effect from 1 January 2017, payments by swipe card can no longer be made at Payzone outlets.

You can phone us on 03333 204555 to pay your rent or charges using a debit or credit card. If you pay by credit card we may charge an additional fee.

How much does it cost?

We do not charge you for any of the above methods but each transaction does cost us money. By choosing the cheapest method you can help us to save more money which we can invest more in your home and community.
