You can report a repair online quickly and anytime of the day or night by using our repairs reporting form below.
Alternatively, you can now log your repair via live chat, if a Repairs Advisor is available. 

We aim to log all repairs within 24 hours* and you will receive notification of the date and time of your appointment by text message or/and email. In some instances, we may need to contact you by telephone or email for further information prior to booking your appointment. 

Please note, appointments are either AM (08.00 - 13.00) or PM (12.00 - 16.30), apart from Friday which is 12.00 - 15.30.
