You may have read that the Data Protection Act is being updated and this along with other legislation, brings with it new rules and regulations on how we can communicate with you, in relation to marketing.
The newsletters are a key way of keeping you up-to-date with important news and changes to services so we would like your feedback on this area by answering the following questions.

We are also carrying out consultation to gain your feedback as to whether or not you would like to receive your tenant newsletter, StreetTalk in a digital format. By creating a digital publication we will be able to look at increasing the frequency of the newsletter and provide interim updates from the current quarterly communication.
It is our proposal to have the publication available digitally on our website, along with the option for customers to request it to be emailed to them directly or sign up for email alerts.
As a Group we continually review how we deliver services to ensure we are achieving value for money for customers whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
We have started to offer some of our services in a digital format to enable you more ways to communicate with us digitally and in turn aim to bring about service improvements and increase the number of communication methods available to customers. This enables more efficient communication and ensures you receive news and information in a timely manner.
