Tenant inspectors and mystery shopping
We currently work with a number of tenant inspectors who play a vital role in checking the quality of services that we provide.
Tenant inspectors carry out regular inspections on empty properties before they are let to ensure they meet our 'lettable standard' that sets out the condition properties should be in.
Their comments and opinions help shape the standard that we work to and ensure that it is met.
Tenant Inspectors also carry out regular mystery shopping on other services to ensure we provide a good service. This may be through making a phone call or by using web chat.
The inspectors are involved in reviewing the service based on the evidence they have helped us gather.
