The Scrutiny Pool is a tenant led group that inspects and scrutinises our services to make improvements for our customers.
As a Scrutiny Pool member, you will have access into numerous services so you can make vital recommendations to Progress Housing Group. Over the last few years the Pool have assisted in improvements for the Repairs service, low level arrears letters, service charge descriptions and the tenant handbook, to name a few.
If the Scrutiny Pool sounds like something you would be interested in, then the Community Involvement Team would be delighted to welcome you to the next quarterly meeting.
The meeting will be held at Sumner House, Leyland on Wednesday 25 May, at 3pm.
At this meeting we will:
- Discuss the action plan following the Low level arrears letters review
- Discuss the action plan following the Progress Futures review
- Hear an update on the Access review
- Select the next area of review
We are now looking to recruit a new Chair and Vice Chair of the Scrutiny Pool.

We will invite all nominees to speak at the meeting on 25 May to explain what skills they have to succeed in the role. There will then be an anonymous vote.
