This session is for anyone looking for a natural approach to improving their life and wellbeing with the aim of reducing pressure and stress.
The session will provide a toolbox of gentle and effective techniques to lessen stress and turn it into a positive aspect of life and wellbeing.
Learners will explore aspects of time, communication, stress, anger management, and holistic approaches to free your energy and live life with natural rhythm and joy.
