We are committed to ensuring that customers are at the heart of our business, and a key part of this is involving them in our rent and service charge setting process.
As such we have arranged two sessions for customers in January with members of the Finance Team and Bernie Keenan, who will share information about:
- The rent setting process
- How we achieve value for money within the organisation
The session will take place on:
- Thursday 25th January, between 2pm and 4pm, with a light refreshments in the boardroom at Sumner House, Leyland
These sessions are well attended and are lively and interactive.
If you can't attend the meeting there will be another opportunity on:
26th January 1pm-2.30pm to take part in our Facebook Question and Answer session.
