We are committed to ensuring that customers are at the heart of our business, and a key part of this is involving them in our rent and service charge setting process.
As such we have arranged two sessions for customers in January with members of the Finance Team and Bernie Keenan our Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Director (Service and Growth), who will share information about:
- The rent setting process
- How we achieve value for money within the organisation
The sessions will take place on:
- Tuesday 15 January, between 2 pm and 4 pm, at Sumner House, Leyland
If you can't attend the meeting there will be another opportunity to get involved when we hold a facebook question and answer session on:
- Wednesday 16 January between 6.30 pm to 8 pm.
