At this session we will be looking at the Customer First project and how this affects our independent living residents and schemes.
It is also a chance to let us have your ideas of what you would like to see happening at schemes in the future and how you would like to get involved.

It is really easy to join a Zoom event, which you can do either by video, using a smart device or telephone call, using a landline. If you have not done this before we are happy to help you get connected.
