A good work - life balance is important to help maintain our health and wellbeing. 

Life is busy trying to manage the pressures of work, home, families and juggling all of lifes challenges.

At this session Catherine, a student teacher from Vajravarahi Centre in Preston, will give a talk on Buddhist teachings and how relaxation can help with mindfulness, stress relief and sleep meditation. 

Come along and join us for an interesting and relaxing session.
