We are reviewing our rent and service charges to be introduced in April 2023 and want to know what you think.
As part of the annual review of our rent and service charges, we would like to invite you to attend an information session where we will explain how we carry out the review.
During the session, we will be able to give an idea of what the new charges from April will look like and the reasons for this. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
The sessions are being delivered in a hybrid way so you can attend either in person at our office at Progress House, Lancashire Business Park, Centurion Way, Leyland, PR26 6TZ, or virtually using Microsoft Teams.
The link to Microsoft Teams will be provided to tenants who book to attend one of the sessions.
Here are a list of the sessions arranged:
- Thursday 26 January at 10.30 am - for Independent Living tenants
- Thursday 26 January at 2.30 pm - for supported living RWP tenants
- Thursday 26 January at 6 pm - for all other tenants
We are also holding a Facebook Question and Answer session on Wednesday 25 January from 6 pm to 7 pm for all tenants.

For anyone unable to make the sessions planned, we will be writing to all tenants before April with full details of any change in your rent and service charges and we are working hard to ensure we provide as much support for you as possible.
