This group is for any tenants who would like to find out more about our complaints and compliments procedure, including what we do with this information from tenants and customers.
We use the session to review an anonymised compaint to check that the correct process has been followed. This gives our volunteer tenants to make suggestions of how the process and communication for complaints could be improved.
Here is a list of meeting dates for the coming year;
- Thursday 16 May 2024 - 11am to 12.30pm - in person at Leyland House and virtually on Microsoft Teams
Progress House and Leyland House are both located in Lancashire Business Park, Centurion Way, Leyland, PR26 6TZ.
