We are reviewing our rent and service charges to be introduced in April 2024 and want to know what you think.
As part of the annual review of our rent and service charges, we would like to invite you to attend an information session where we will explain how we carry out the review.
During the session, we will be able to give an idea of what the new charges from April 2024 will look like and the reasons for this. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
You can attend the sessions either in person at our office or virtually using Microsoft Teams.
The meeting location and link to Microsoft Teams will be provided to tenants who book to attend one of the sessions.
Here is a list of the sessions arranged:
- Thursday 18 January at 10.30am for independent living tenants
- Thursday 18 January at 2pm for RWP (supported living) tenants
- Thursday 18 January at 5.30pm all other tenants
We are also holding a live Facebook Question and Answer session on Wednesday 17 January from 6pm to 7pm for tenants.

For anyone unable to make the sessions planned, we will be writing to all tenants before April with full details of any change in your rent and service charges and we are working hard to ensure we provide as much support for you as possible.
