Local woman given Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction Order for nuisance behaviour
A 33 year old woman from Penwortham, Lancashire was given an Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction Order for causing nuisance to her neighbours. The Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction was granted to Progress Housing Group in December 2016.
Progress Housing Group received numerous complaints from neighbours of Tara Barton alleging that she had caused them distress by throwing paint onto a car, engaging in drunken behaviour, playing excessively loud music, burning fires in her back garden on a regular basis and allowing her pet dog to bark at all hours of the day and night.
Tammy Bradley, Operations Director of Housing, Community and Support Services at Progress Housing Group, said:
“After giving Ms Barton numerous opportunities to change her poor behaviour, we had no choice but to take this legal action. We hope that by taking Ms Barton to court she will stop her disruptive and alarming behaviour and allow our tenants to live in their homes safely and peacefully.”
