Calling all Customers who wish to have more of a say on how they can help influence, shape, scrutinise and improve our services....

The Forum is our quarterly meeting with Customers enabling us to share reports going to our Board. This allows our Customers to engage in discussion with us and feedback any comments, queries, concerns and compliments on the reports before they go to Board.

The Forum meeting will take place on:

Tuesday 22nd August 2017 10am-12pm at Warwick House, Kilnhouse Lane, Lytham St Annes. FY8 3DU.

The meeting will be followed by a light buffet lunch and an opportunity to network with other Customers and Progress staff.

Unlike other Forum meetings we will be focusing half of this meeting on an open discussion and workshop around the new Community Engagement Strategy which outlines how we wish to engage, include and involve our Customers in shaping the services we provide.

This meeting is open to all Customers and we would love to see some new faces.
