​​August saw our busiest month for live chats on our website - double compared to last year!

We are now looking at a new provider that can support us to deliver an even better service to our customers.

Live chat is available from 8am until 5pm and can be used by staff and customers for all queries apart from the processing of payments and reports of anti-social behaviour.
