Progress Housing Group achieves highest industry quality standard for Progress Lifeline service
Technology Enabled Care (TEC) provider, Progress Lifeline, part of Lancashire-based Progress Housing Group, has been awarded a top industry for quality standard.
Industry regulatory body for technology enabled care, the Telecare Services Association (TSA) and their associated independent quality organisation, TEC Quality, awarded Progress Lifeline the Quality Standards Framework(QSF) - its most recognised quality standard in the TEC industry - at a prestigious awards ceremony in Birmingham. Providers who achieve the QSF are recognised for their industry-wide compliance and demonstrate the highest standards of quality and safety for TEC services.
The QSF is the successor to the previous accredited programme by the TSA, of which Progress Lifeline had also achieved the highest accreditation as a platinum member, making this the 12th year in a row that Progress Lifeline has achieved the highest industry standard
