Our Progress Futures service is a partner in More Positive Together – a Lancashire-wide European Social Fund project that supports residents to improve their skills and employment prospects. The service is able to work with you on a one-to-one basis offering you an individually tailored programme of mentoring and support.

Through one-to-one sessions, we will help you to identify any barriers you may have to achieving your aspirations and develop a personalised action plan to enable you to move towards and achieve your goals.

All the support we offer is designed to empower you, boost your confidence, improve your wellbeing and increase the chances of you securing a job or learning.

Job clubs

Our jobs clubs are held every week at local community locations and offer free, friendly advice and support by the team on a one-to-one and group basis. You are welcome to drop in and complete your job search requirements, get help with Universal Credit and receive advice and coaching - whilst enjoying free refreshments and meeting new friends.
