Daniel Griffiths, Operations Director of Development at Progress Housing Group, said,

At Progress Housing Group we’re passionate about providing and developing quality, affordable homes that people want to live in, and believe that everyone has the right to live in a safe and thriving community. We’re delighted to have entered into this contract, our second development with Create Homes, to provide a number of affordable and shared ownership properties as part of the St Petersfield’s development in the countryside setting of rural Inskip. We’re proud to again be working with developer Create Homes to deliver more affordable housing, which is greatly needed across the North West particularly in rural areas, and to be part of creating great communities to live in.

Established practice Markhams are instructed to act as Employer’s Agent.

More information to come as the build develops.
