Progress Housing Group provides new homes for people seeking affordable housing in Lancashire
Newly built properties have been handed over to Progress Housing Group after developments in Lancashire were completed.
The final phases of the schemes in Preston and Lytham St Annes came to fruition in April and May, providing fantastic new affordable housing and shared ownership deals for local residents.
The Group also received the keys to a number of new homes on other sites as it ramps up its commitment to providing more affordable homes.
Progress Housing Group’s Operations Director of Development, Daniel Griffiths, said: “The completion of these new homes marks a fantastic start to 2019 for Progress Housing Group and people in the communities who will benefit from having more affordable housing.
Daniel continued, “These properties are the result of much hard work by staff at Progress Housing Group and we look forward to seeing many more developments beginning to take shape, and completing, in 2019.”
The two new development are Lantern Fields in Clifton, Preston which offers 12 new homes of which five are for affordable rent and seven are shared ownership opportunities.
The new homes in Lytham St Annes are part of the second phase of the development and have been funded by Homes England, creating 12 new affordable homes for rent and two shared ownership homes.
