Since 2016, the Progress Opportunities Team was the name given to Progress Futures and Progress Opportunities Officers. This has caused confusion for staff and customers alike so following this feedback we have made some changes.

The two teams are now identified separately as the Progress Futures Team and the Progress Involvement Team.

The Progress Involvement Team works with customers to encourage involvement with forum groups and scrutiny activity so they can provide feedback on how the Group’s services can be improved. The team also works with customers on community-led projects and is made up of:

Sam Beattie - Progress Involvement Officer

Alan Greig - Progress Involvement Officer

Daniella Wilkinson - Progress Involvement Officer (covering for maternity leave)

Natalie Waring -Progress Involvement Officer (currently on maternity leave)

Michelle Fazakerley – Independent Living Activities Co-ordinator (covering for maternity leave)

Abbey Rawcliffe – Independent Living Activities Co-ordinator (currently on maternity leave)

Basma Buzeid -Apprentice Administrator
