We are delighted to announce that we have attained Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, ensuring that the Group and its customers are protected against online threats and cyber-attacks with some of the highest levels of cyber security measures in place.

Head of Technical Services at Progress Housing Group, Andy Rawcliffe, said, “We are so pleased to share with our employees, partners and customers the great news that following an audit by ID Cyber and after months of hard work by the Digital Services Team and colleagues across the Group, we have successfully achieved Cyber Essentials Plus certification.

“This accreditation demonstrates the Group’s clear commitment to, and proven performance in, cyber security which protects the Group as a whole (as well as our tenants, customers, employees and partners) from IT and online threats.

“There was a full test of all our security policies and the new Windows 10 environment as well as the email, web and user security within it.

“We were also successfully and robustly assessed on the security posture across the server environment, patching processes and the firewall rules.

“Thank you to everyone that helped us work towards, and successfully achieve, this accreditation.”
