“The Progress Connect Team has revolutionised our digital services over the last 12-18 months, transforming how we communicate with our customers and tenants and helping to support our tenants achieve independence. The improvement in customer engagement and experience can be seen in our customer satisfaction results, which we are really proud of.

“For Ceri to also be recognised for her amazing contribution to the Connect Team and the Group, is so well-deserved. Ceri’s work in quality and training has improved effectiveness within the team for our staff, and for our tenants and customers.
