We would like to extend a warm welcome to Zarina and Jen, who will join our Trainee NED programme in January 2022.

Our programme aims to address societal issues of ensuring diversity of thought in the boardroom and supporting our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and ongoing commitments to providing opportunities.

Following an induction plan, each of our trainees will observe our board and committee meetings whilst having the support of a mentor from our current board. Trainees will also attend Board Excellence Programme sessions with the Housing Diversity Network, which will provide a deeper insight into the housing sector and life as a board member.
