We’re proud to announce that we have reached the status of Level 2 Disability Confident Employer. As well as challenging attitudes around employing disabled people and driving cultural change in the workplace, we’re building a diverse workforce.

To reach the criteria demanded by Level 2, our work has centred around two key themes: getting the right people for the business and keeping and developing the right people.

We’ve completed a rigorous self-assessment process. This evidences our development work on our new Application Tracking Status (due April 2022), as well as our ongoing work around mental health and wellbeing. We’ve ensured our managers have the relevant training to support all of our employees.

With 17.5% of the UK workforce identifying as having a disability, we’re proud to be an inclusive employer, helping disabled employees to fulfil their potential. What’s more, this diverse workforce also reflects the communities that we serve.
