Sunday 10 October 2021 marks World Homeless Day.

This year on World Homeless Day, we want to celebrate the fantastic work our charitable subsidiary, Key Unlocking Futures, is doing through its supported housing and homelessness services in Lancashire, supporting vulnerable members of our communities.

Here are some customers' stories to highlight how these services are ending or prevent homelessness.

Hannah's story

Hannah was a resident of The Bridge, one of our purpose-built housing schemes for young people aged 16-25 who are experiencing homelessness.

Read Hannah's story here.

David's story

Harry’s story

A huge thank you to Hannah, David and Harry for allowing us to share their stories.

Progress Housing Group has committed to helping to end homelessness by pledging it's support to:

Homes for Cathy

We have united with other housing associations and homelessness charities to help end homelessness and have signed up to nine Homes for Cathy homelessness commitments, developed with Crisis, which guide and benchmark best practices within our organisation.

NHF Commitment to Refer

We have signed up to the National Housing Federation's Commitment to Refer to make a positive, public statement that shows housing associations are serious about ending homelessness.
