You may have seen that some of our Property Services operatives have been accompanied by a ‘helper’ for the day when recently carrying our repairs to your homes.

This is all part of our Senior Leadership Team’s ‘A day in the life of’ experience, involving our Directors and Heads of Service spending more time on the frontline, meeting customers and experiencing life as a Property Services trade operative or colleague.

The sessions have been beneficial to both our teams of operatives and colleagues and the Senior Leadership Team. They have not only seen our properties up close and met more of our customers, but they have also been able to share their experiences and new ideas for improving our services in the future.

Adele Livesey (Director, Property Services) had this to say about her day on the frontline:

"The whole day was a fabulous experience which I cannot wait to repeat with other parts of the team. It was really good to spend quality time with colleagues that I might not ordinarily get the opportunity to chat to for so long or so openly and be back with customers face-to-face. I am so proud of the great job that the Property Services Team does in helping keep our customers happy, safe, and secure in their homes – thank you so much to my colleagues for making my experience so enjoyable and for highlighting areas where we can look to improve our services for our customers."
