A new repairs service for supported living subsidiary, RWP
Bell Group, our new national repairs contractor, will now manage repairs outside the North West area.
Annette Stevens, Operations Director at RWP, said, “We are delighted to work with Bell Group for our out of area repairs service as they are committed to providing an excellent service. I had the pleasure of recently delivering some training to their operatives on learning disabilities and autism, and I was impressed with their passion for delivering a service to meet individual needs.”
“Providing an excellent repair service is a key aim of RWP. We involved our tenants in choosing the contractor, and our tenants will continue to work with us to monitor the service.“
When a RWP tenant reports a repair to us, they will speak to someone in our new RWP specialist team. The team will deal with all enquiries from supported living tenants and support providers across the country and have a full understanding of the communication needs of people with learning disabilities and autism.
