We recently ran a Community Chat pilot, which saw members of our Senior Leadership Team teamed up with colleagues from across the Group knocking on our tenants’ doors.

The team talked to tenants at Wade Hall, Leyland, to find out what they liked about living in the area and, if they could, what three things they would change.

Our Deputy Executive Director and Company Secretary, Debbie Atherton, says: “The Community Chat is a great pilot initiative to meet tenants and understand their
views of us as a landlord and how we can improve their area.”

95 different households engaged with us as part of the pilot initiative. We know that 83% of
those households said they were satisfied with Progress Housing Group as their landlord, with an average score of 8.1 out of 10.

The responses from tenants were amazing and will be used to develop an improvement plan
for the area. We look forward to bringing some of the suggestions made by tenants to life over the next few months.
