We would love your input for questions to be asked to tenants for the Regulator of Social Housing's national consultation with landlords and tenants. 

This consultation is to consider a series of questions to be asked to tenants on the performance of their landlord. 

The set of questions decided on will be used to create a set of Tenant Satisfaction Measures to highlight the performance of landlords and the show the quality of the services they provide to their customers.

The areas to be considered for questions are:

  • Keeping properties in good repair
  • Maintaining building safety
  • Effective complaint handling
  • Respectful and helpful tenant engagement and
  • Responsible neighbourhood management

The consultation is open for all tenants and Progress Housing Group colleagues to provide their response directly to the regulator.
