Notice of property inspections for Progress Housing Group tenants 4 - 25 April 2022
We have identified that we need to have a valuation done on a number of properties in order to meet our financial requirements; this is to update our lending information.
We have no intention of selling these properties or making changes to the tenancies as a result of the inspections.
A company called Jones Lang LaSalle, Chartered Surveyors, will be making visits between 4 - 25 April 2022 and calling on some tenants to view their properties externally only. The surveyors will not need to view your property internally.
Please note that this is not an inspection to highlight repair issues and that these should be reported to us in the usual way. These inspections will not lead to any change to your tenancy or your rent.
The surveyors will not view all properties. If the tenant is not in when they call, they will not leave a card or call back but will visit another property instead. Tenants do not need to wait in or make any special arrangements around this time.
However, if the tenant is at home when the surveyors call, it would be greatly appreciated if they could co-operate in giving the surveyor access to their home externally. The inspection (which may include taking photographs) will last only a few minutes.
Progress Housing Group employees are aware of these inspections taking place.
The surveyors will carry Jones Lang LaSalle company identification and a copy of this letter from Progress Housing Group letter.
If you have any questions about the valuations, please contact Progress Housing Group at enquiries@progressgroup.org.uk via our live web chat at www.progressgroup.org.uk or by phoning 03333 204555.
