We would love to receive an application from you if you are a flexible and committed team player focused on providing high-quality services to our tenants and customers. You will be a strong leader, supporting your teams and working collaboratively across the Group. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

You will have experience working in a frontline, customer-facing role, preferably in the housing sector, a passion for delivering excellent services and taking pride in delivering works on time and to budget.

You will have:

• relevant qualifications; or equivalent on-the-job experience
• experience of working in a customer-facing frontline sector
• a passion for providing the very best services to customers
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• experience in leadership and managing a busy team (Team Leader/Manager roles)

Skilled trades - who we are looking for:

We are expanding the work we do in-house to deliver excellent and value for money services to our customers. We are looking for colleagues who take the initiative, work collaboratively and get the job done, and can participate in our out of hours call-out rota. You will be a flexible and committed team player, focused on providing customers with high-quality service.
