Our Property Services Team has recently changed, with the team constantly growing and expanding to take on more work.

Expanding our in-house services and responding to the government’s White Paper means that not only do we save money, which can be reinvested back into delivering more repairs and improvements to your homes, we also improve our services for our customers – a win-win!

Our Property Services Team is led by Adele Livesey (Director, Property Services). Adele works closely with our three Heads of Service, each responsible for a separate arm of the department.

Here is a little more about who does what within the team:

Asset Management:

Our Property Services Asset Management Team, led by Kate Hudson, is responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys to your homes, developing our planned works and investment programmes, developing our environmental and sustainability strategy, managing repairs and maintenance services up and down the country (outside of the North West) and providing administrative support for the wider Property Services Team.

Our Property Services Compliance Team ensures you are safe and secure in your homes, managing all aspects of building safety across our properties.

The team is led by Lee Dawson, who oversees the management of gas servicing, electrical testing, fire safety, asbestos and legionella checks, and looks after all our servicing contracts.


Les Listing


Our Property Services Delivery Team, led by Cath Mustafa, carries out all repairs and maintenance work across the North West, as well as undertaking gas servicing across the entire country.

The team includes over 100 skilled trade operatives who carry out repairs to our homes across various trades, including gas, electrical, planned works, void works, and responsive repairs.
