Thank you to everyone who has entered our Progress in Bloom competition.

We have been amazed by the time and effort you spent making your neighbourhoods brighter and happier places to be.

We had entries from 25 gardens, including nine independent living and seven supported living (RWP).

We had entries that we have not seen before, including three from the same street - it must be the name Spring Gardens that encourages people.

We have also had entries from groups of tenants, and individuals that use their skills to enhance the community space where they live for all the tenants.

Pupils, parents and teachers at a school have also worked together to improve their outdoor space.

Big thanks goes to our judging panel: Tony, June, Julie and Michael.

Two of the garden entries was nominated by someone else and they will also get a prize. Congratulations Jessica and Sarah.
