
Launch of a new Tenant Support and Wellbeing Service
Your wellbeing and mental health is a priority to us and we are keen to ensure that our tenants have somewhere to turn to when times are tough.
We are proud to announce a new 12-month pilot partnership with wellbeing and mental health provider Life & Progress, to deliver a free independent 24/7 Tenant Support and Wellbeing Service.
As valued tenants of Progress Housing Group, you will have access to fully confidential support, guidance, professional advice and in-the-moment counselling.
The service can help with many issues such as harassment, noisy neighbours, housing queries, child care and behavioural challenges.
It can also offer on-the-spot counselling for stress and anxiety, bereavement, managing personal relationships and drug and alcohol misuse.
The service also offers financial information, providing free, confidential advice on budgeting, maximising income and managing debt. There is also guidance on legal issues, such as divorce, power of attorney, Wills and consumer rights.
This 12-month pilot service is run independently by Life & Progress and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You don’t have to give any personal details and we will not know that you have used the service, or what for.
