Look out for our Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey
As your landlord, it is important to us that we provide you with the highest standard of service possible.
We value your opinions and want to know how happy you are with what we are doing – and how we can do better.
To help us do that, The Regulator of Social Housing has created a set of measures to look at how satisfied you are with the services we provide. These are called Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
In February and March 2023 we will be collecting this data through digital surveys sent by text / email and completing telephone calls if required to ensure we get a valid number of responses.
The survey will consist of 16 questions and six comment boxes for you to write down anything else you want to tell us, such as why you feel a certain way.
This will help us understand what we may need to change or what not to change. In the summer we will publish the results for all to see.
To help us do this, we are using a company called Acuity Research & Practice Limited. Acuity Research & Practice (Acuity) help housing providers like us to improve services through seeking feedback from tenants.
