The UK government has launched a new campaign, 'Make Things Right', to make more social housing residents who are struggling to resolve their problems and need support aware of how to make a complaint.

At Progress Housing Group, we use the insight we gain from tenants' feedback and complaints to make our services and processes better. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality services, so it is important that we know as soon as possible when things have not gone so well. This is so we can investigate what has happened and act to make things right.

As a responsible social landlord, we welcome the 'Make Things Right' campaign and will continue to do our best to resolve the issues our tenants report to us.
