Our priority is making sure you feel safe in your homes.

As we are committed to protecting our tenants, we don't tolerate anti-social and criminal behaviour and will take action.

If you have concerns about anti-social behaviour, please let us know, as we are here to help.

When we had reason to believe a tenant had set fire to their property, causing significant risk to others, we applied for an urgent court order to protect our tenants.

The court order prevents the tenant from entering a specified area and engaging in threatening or intimidating behaviour and will last 12 months.

David Prew, Community Safety Specialist Manager, said: “As a responsible landlord, it is important that we keep our tenants safe. As a result, we have a zero-tolerance for anti-social behaviour and crime.

“So we are pleased to have been successfully granted the injunction, which adds significant protection to our tenants, many of whom are elderly and vulnerable.

“We are grateful to Lancashire Police who supported us and helped to make our communities safer.”
