The high-quality, energy-efficient homes will be available at an affordable rent, with nine of the homes to be sold as shared ownership. 

Laurie Lane, Managing Director of the Group’s house-building subsidiary, Concert Homes, said: "This is an exciting milestone for the area. Progress Housing Group purchased the site just before the pandemic struck, and as a result, it took some time to get started, so it's great now to see these 27 quality homes available for sale and rent. Our construction and commercial teams have done a fantastic job, and it has been a pleasure working with the Group’s Development Team at Progress to get these new homes over the line."
