As your landlord, it is important to us that we provide you with the highest standard of service possible.

We value your opinions and want to know how happy you are with what we are doing and how we can improve.

To help us do that, the Regulator of Social Housing has created a set of measures to determine how satisfied you are with our services. These are called Tenant Satisfaction Measures and are in the form of survey questions.

Each month we survey a random, small selection of our tenants. You will receive a link to the survey by either via a text message or email, or we may contact you via telephone via your main contact number.

It is your chance to let us know what you think about the delivery of our services and how we support you as a landlord. The results of the survey will help us understand what we may need to change or what not to change and help us drive real service improvement going forward.

We will share the results from the survey each summer on our website, social media and newsletters.

We use a company called Acuity Research & Practice Limited to help us collect all the survey information.
